I'm often asked what is my favourite thing about being a wedding photographer and I'd have to say it's the fact that it takes me to places that I would just never go to otherwise. Northumberland is just about as far away as you can get from my house and still be in England but it really is a beautiful part of the UK. Stella and Si are pretty alternative, super laid-back and just utterly devoted to each other. All of this was obvious from their amazing wedding held in this remote valley. They decided to walk in to the ceremony in Cuddystone Hall together so just before,

Stella dressed in her beloved Grandmother's handmade wedding dress and met Si in the road that led to their wedding. I adore shooting a First Look and feel so honoured to be allowed to capture that for couples. The dress was a little delicate to party in so Stella soon changed into her own wedding dress, this time from the brilliant Fur Coat No Knickers. The scenery was incredible, the party was intense and the soup was the best I've ever tasted. Imagine having a whole valley as your wedding venue. Thanks for bringing me to such a glorious place. To see all their images go here.

looking out for love in the NIGHT so still oh I'll build you a KINGDOM in that house on the hill
