[S]ometimes I don’t get to meet couples until a day or two before their wedding. Like with Tara and Mido when I did their engagement shoot at Brunswick House in London. They had moved to New York since booking their wedding, so I met them at their venue as they were putting all the last minute plans into place. I actually quite like doing shoots then when all the wedding buzz has started.
It’s great if we can meet at any point ahead of the wedding day, just to get to know you a little. And taking some photos really helps me to see how you interact naturally with each other. I want to capture what you are really like with your lover, not pose you. I include a shoot when at least six hours are booked. So even though it was beyond freezing on this day, we heading out into the quirky venue garden and shot these.
