It was so lovely to return to Chiddingstone Castle in Kent recently for the wedding of Jacqueline and Greg. It’s such a quirky venue and a perfectly romantic setting for a classic big white wedding. This pair met when Greg was backpacking in Australia and the one condition for Jacki to relocate to the UK so they could be together was that her dog Mia would be coming too.
So of course Mia was big part of the wedding day as Dog of Honour and she seemed to love all the fuss and attention, even the confetti! It was so hot that the Australians were complaining about it so it was quite a relief to go into the castle’s impressive Great Hall for the wedding breakfast and speeches. This pair are a lot of fun and so was their wedding day although I’m sure that Mia slept for most of the next day.
Pardon the way that I stare, there’s nothing else to compare. The sight of you leaves me weak, there are NO WORDS left to speak …
Gorgeous pictures and what an EPIC bouquet!
Gorgeous images Lisa!
Great images of a wonderful wedding. Thanks for sharing them and allowing us to use them too.
Thanks Lisa – you really did capture the day for us perfectly and yes, Mia sure was exhausted … its hard work being the dog of honour hehe
