After photographing weddings for over two decades, I 100% understand why you might prefer working with a female photographer. Maybe you feel like you will be more comfortable and relaxed or maybe you’d prefer someone who can pick up on what you might be feeling.

Hackney Town Hall (for receptions too)
This photo will always feel special to me – It’s the first time that I was at Islington Town Hall and the bride was wearing a dress that was from the Victoria & Albert Museum. She was a little late (entirely normal) and was rushing up the stairs but the dress looked so spectacular that I had to ask her to pause for just a second so that I could compose this incredible image of her.

THE PERFECT BACKDROP FOR YOUR WEDDING PHOTOS
You can never run out of ideas on where to have wedding day photos in London, the city has so many incredible landmarks, views, canals, the river and we have some of the best architecture in the world. If greenery is your thing, we are never far from a patch of nature despite all the urban-ness (might be a made-up word).
Whichever wedding venue that you book, I’ll bet we can find some great spots in and around it for portraits. As a female wedding photographer, I think I have a great eye for finding interesting locations and good light. All without dragging you away from your celebrations for too long.
HOW DOES THIS SOUND?
