There is always some new corner of London to discover and so when Ness and Mugs were visiting her sister in Kentish Town, it seemed like an ideal time to book in the engagement shoot. “She lives in one of those nice streets full of candy coloured houses that gets used in adverts a lot” Ness said. She wasn’t wrong, it is such a pretty area I half expected Hugh Grant to stroll past at some point. But I love contrast and seeing what we can come up within just a few yards.

So we also ventured into a side street with direct sun light, the corner pub and finally Kentish Town station.. in rush hour. Did I also say I like a challenge? It was a glorious day and lovely to get to know this pair a little ahead of their wedding. This will be a total contrast to these urban images. They are planning an outdoors wedding up in the Peak District, can you believe this will be my first time up there? I cannot wait to explore and to be create some very different images with them.

All alone in space and time. There’s nothing here but what here’s mine. SOMETHING BORROWED, something blue. Every me and every you…
