VALENTINE’S DAY EDITORIAL – FROM MOODBOARD TO MAGIC
The creative process with this editorial started with thinking about red and pink hues, then pretty quickly it went to cake – heart shaped cake to be precise.
Now, here’s a behind-the-scenes industry secret: those delectable cakes you see in photoshoots? More often than not, they’re cleverly crafted fakes, typically fashioned from special polystyrene bases and then adorned with real icing. But, breaking the norm, our talented cake-maker whipped up a real, vegan delight, ensuring our creative director Tiel got to savor every bite. And guess what? We all took a huge slice of this deliciousness home at the end of the day – what a wonderful bonus.
